How to Delete Your Account

⚠️ Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently removed from our servers.

Steps to Delete Your Account:

    Sign in to your account

    Open the Amarbis International Dating app or visit www.amarbis.com and sign in with your credentials

    Navigate to Settings

    Click on your profile icon, then select "Settings" from the menu

    Scroll to Account Management

    Find the "Account Management" section at the bottom of the settings page

    Click "Delete Account"

    Click the red "Delete Account" button (it has a trash icon)

    Confirm deletion

    Read the warning message and confirm that you want to permanently delete your account

What Data is Deleted?

Data That IS Deleted

  • ✓Personal profile information (name, email, age, bio)
  • ✓All uploaded photos and media
  • ✓Match history and connections
  • ✓Messages and conversations
  • ✓Preferences and settings
  • ✓Subscription and payment information
  • ✓Location data
  • ✓Verification status and documents
  • ✓Device tokens and push notification settings

Data That May Be Retained

  • ⚡Backups may exist for up to 30 days (automatically deleted)
  • ⚡Transaction records for legal compliance (7 years)
  • ⚡Safety-related reports (if applicable)
  • ⚡Legal hold data (if required by law)

Data Retention Period

Immediate Deletion

Most personal data is deleted immediately upon account deletion confirmation. This includes your profile, photos, messages, and matches.

Legal Retention (7 years)

Financial transaction records are retained in anonymized form for 7 years to comply with tax and financial regulations.

Analytics Data

All usage analytics and behavioral data are permanently deleted immediately upon account deletion confirmation.
